Under no circumstances shall Arsalan AI Academy be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Live session registration is free and subject to seat availability. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session at any time.
Access to past-session recordings is available to Standard plan subscribers through a paid monthly or annual subscription. We may also grant a comparable, discretionary override of subscriber access outside of the paid plan.
Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or made available to any third party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this restriction.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing portal. Cancellation stops future billing, but we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, including unused time remaining in a current billing cycle.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@arsalan-academy.com and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Any feedback, ideas, suggestions, or other content ("Submissions") you provide to Arsalan AI Academy shall become the sole and exclusive property of Arsalan AI Academy. We may use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute Submissions for any purpose without credit or compensation to you.
The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including session recordings and materials — are owned by Arsalan AI Academy, its licensors, or other providers, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Materials may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded, or distributed in any way without our express prior written permission.
We may display, include, or make available third-party content or links to third-party websites or services (including GitHub repositories and our Discord community). Arsalan AI Academy is not responsible for any third-party services, including their accuracy, completeness, legality, or quality. Third-party services are provided solely as a convenience; you access them entirely at your own risk and subject to those third parties' own terms.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or Arsalan AI Academy. Arsalan AI Academy may suspend or terminate this agreement at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. If you fail to comply with any provision, termination is immediate. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.
The website is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arsalan AI Academy expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Arsalan AI Academy does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the entire liability of Arsalan AI Academy under this Agreement is limited to the amount, if any, you actually paid us. Arsalan AI Academy may modify these Terms at any time.
